Sports Bras in Schools
Why it matters?
Breast changes are a normal part of growing up, but without the right support and knowledge they can stop girls and young people from fully participating and enjoying sport. Research shows that almost half of girls avoid physical activity due to breast discomfort or concerns about appearance.
A correctly fitted sports bra reduces pain, improves posture, increases movement confidence and supports long-term participation in exercise. When students feel comfortable in their bodies, they’re more likely to take part, enjoy PE and stay active beyond school.
