Bromley High School
We were delighted to spend two dedicated days at Bromley High School delivering both educational workshops and a professional fitting to support the students and staff.
On the first day, we ran interactive workshops throughout the school day for different year groups alongside Rosie Galligan. Each session focused on the importance of proper support in sport, body confidence, and breaking down the stigma around conversations about breast health.

Last year our days with Bromley High School gave us the opportunity to deliver a dedicated fitting and workshop day focused on supporting girls in sport.
Adolescence is a key stage when many girls begin to disengage from sport, often due to discomfort, self-consciousness, or a lack of proper support. Only 36% of girls aged 11-18 wear a sports bra in PE or school sports.
Working with the school for this event highlighted how important it is to consider sports bras as a mandatory item within PE kits, not simply as an optional extra, but as essential equipment that enables girls to participate fully, comfortably, and confidently in sport because 56% of girls report experiencing breast pain when exercising.

In November 2025, we visited Bromley High School to conduct our workshop and fittings across two days. We bought our ambassador Rosie Galligan along with us to educate year 5 - year 13 about the importance of sports bras and to then fit them.
The girls were fantastic, engaged, inquisitive, and mature in the way they approached the discussions. It was incredibly encouraging to see how openly they participated, asked thoughtful questions, and shared their experiences. Having Rosie speak about her journey in elite sport and with boobydoo added a powerful and relatable perspective, reinforcing the message that the right support can make a real difference to performance and confidence.
A week later, we returned to the school to conduct a professional sports bra fitting for the students and staff who had signed up following the workshops. This gave individuals the opportunity to receive personalised advice and find the correct fit in a comfortable, supportive environment. The follow-up day ensured that the conversations from the workshops translated into practical action, helping both students and staff feel more confident and properly supported in their PE lessons and sporting activities.
