Over the past three years, we have partnered with Surrey County Cricket Club to support the women’s senior and academy teams through a series of workshops and professional fittings at The Oval.
These sessions are designed to help players better understand the role a supportive sports bra can play in both comfort and performance. By increasing awareness and education in this area, we aim to expand the options available to athletes and support them in making informed choices about what they wear. Something that sits at the core of our approach: empowering women with choice.
Our day at Surrey County Cricket Club highlighted the importance of choice in cricket kit, especially when it comes to sports bras.
While cricket whites are traditional, what’s worn underneath can have a huge impact on comfort, confidence, and performance. Through fittings and conversations on the day, we reinforced that sports bras are not an optional extra, but essential kit. The right fit and level of support can help remove barriers that often cause girls to disengage from sport.
In partnership with Fix the Kit, we’re advocating for sports bras to be recognised as a standard part of cricket kit, ensuring every girl has the choice and support she needs to step onto the field with confidence.

Our work with Surrey County Cricket Club has included a combination of educational workshops, in-person fittings and virtual consultations designed to support the women’s senior and academy squads.
During in-person sessions at The Oval, our team delivered workshops focused on optimising comfort, fit and performance in sportswear. Players were guided through practical discussions on how the right level of support can influence both comfort and performance during training and competition. The sessions were highly interactive, with athletes sharing their experiences and asking thoughtful questions, creating an open and collaborative environment.
Alongside these workshops, we conducted individual fittings tailored to each player’s needs. From senior professionals to academy players, the process allowed athletes to better understand what the right fit feels like and how it can support them in their sport.
In addition to our in-person work, we also delivered extended virtual fitting sessions in July 2025. Across two days and more than five hours of consultations, players were able to receive personalised guidance remotely, ensuring they had continued access to expert fitting support throughout the season.
Beyond the technical elements, our partnership has provided an opportunity to build meaningful connections with the club’s wider community. The professionalism, curiosity and commitment shown by players and staff reflect the strong environment being developed at Surrey Cricket, where athlete wellbeing and performance are clearly prioritised.
Hear what the team has to say
We caught up with some of the senior and academy team to hear their thoughts on our workshops and fitting.
