
boobydoo Sports Bra Education Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Programme Overview
The boobydoo Sports Bra Education Programme is a funded initiative providing selected organisations with access to:

Sports bra education workshops
-
Professional 1:1 sports bra fittings
-
Access to expert fitting support and a wide range of brands, sizes and styles
Delivery of these services is fully funded by Active Apparel Group Limited.
Sports bras are not included as part of the funded provision but may be purchased separately by participants at a discounted rate.
2. Eligibility & Selection
-
The programme is open to schools, sports clubs, and community organisations.

Applicants must demonstrate alignment with inclusive sportswear principles.
-
Priority will be given to organisations that have engaged with the
Inclusive Sportswear Charter. -
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Active Apparel Group Limited reserves the right to select organisations at its sole discretion.
3. Geographic Coverage
Primary Coverage Area
The 2026 programme will prioritise organisations located within the Midlands region of England.
This includes (but is not limited to):
-
East Midlands: Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire
-
West Midlands: West Midlands (county), Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire
Practical Coverage Definition
-
Organisations must be located within a reasonable travel distance for the boobydoo delivery team.
-
As a general guide, this is considered to be within approximately 2 hours travel time from Derbyshire.
-
Applications from outside this area may not be considered for the initial phase of the programme.
Active Apparel Group Limited reserves the right to make final decisions on eligibility based on logistics, travel requirements, and programme capacity.
4. Programme Delivery

Delivery dates will be agreed in advance with the selected organisation.

Organisations must provide:
-
Suitable private space(s) for fittings
-
Appropriate facilities for group education sessions
-
On-site support staff where required
-

Where suitable private spaces are not available, boobydoo can provide private changing facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for participants.
-
All boobydoo fitting team members delivering the programme are:
-
Female
-
Fully DBS checked
-
5. Participant Numbers & Engagement
-
Each placement will have an agreed maximum number of participants.
-
boobydoo reserves the right to cap:
-
Workshop sizes
-
Number of 1:1 fittings delivered
-
-
Organisations must demonstrate reasonable effort to ensure attendance and engagement, including:
-
Promoting the session internally
-
Communicating with participants and/or parents
-
Supporting booking or attendance processes
-
-
Any additional delivery outside of agreed scope may incur a charge.
6. Communication & Promotion
Selected organisations agree to:
-
Communicate the programme to their community (e.g. students, athletes, parents)
-
Share relevant information provided by boobydoo (e.g. booking links, educational resources)
-
Support reasonable promotion of the programme
Where agreed in advance, organisations may also support:
-
Case study content (photography, video, testimonials)
-
Post-event feedback and impact reporting
7. Safeguarding & Consent
-
The organisation is responsible for ensuring all safeguarding requirements are met in line with their internal policies.

boobydoo will provide:
-
Safeguarding guidance
-
Participant disclaimers
-
Consent documentation (where required)
-
-
For participants under the age of 16:
-
Appropriate parental/guardian consent must be obtained in advance
-
Organisations are responsible for distributing and collecting consent where required
-
-
boobydoo staff will operate in line with safeguarding best practice at all times.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Organisation Cancellation
-
Cancellations must be made in writing to boobydoo.
-
If an organisation cancels with:
-
More than 30 days’ notice: delivery may be rescheduled (subject to availability)
-
14–30 days’ notice: rescheduling will be considered but not guaranteed
-
Less than 14 days’ notice: the placement may be withdrawn and not reallocated
-
-
Repeated cancellations, low engagement, or failure to meet agreed participation levels may result in removal from the programme.
boobydoo Cancellation
Active Apparel Group Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel delivery due to:
-
Staff illness or unforeseen circumstances
-
Travel disruption
-
Safety or safeguarding concerns
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.
9. Product Purchases
-
Sports bras are available to purchase separately and are not included in the funded programme.
-
Purchases are made directly by participants and are subject to standard boobydoo retail terms and conditions.
-
Any discounts provided are at the discretion of boobydoo and may be time-limited.
10. Data & Privacy
-
Applicant and participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Information may be used for:
-
Programme administration
-
Communication regarding services and updates (where consent is provided)
-
11. Programme Changes
Active Apparel Group Limited reserves the right to:
-
Amend programme structure or timelines
-
Adjust number of placements
-
Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
12. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver services safely and professionally:

Active Apparel Group Limited accepts no liability for:
-
Participant misuse of products
-
Failure to follow fitting guidance
-
-
Organisations remain responsible for participant welfare during sessions.
